I have a blackberry and in the area for device name I typed: motorola h700. I then saved it. Now when I try to add the device a symbol of a phone comes up with the letters SPH-A640 (shouldn't it be h700). It asks me for the code and I type 0000. I then get the message unable to pair with SPH-A640. What gives?
If you have it paired with another device, shut that device down first. With the boom closed on the headset, hold the center button down until it turns a steady purple, then open the boom on the headset. Then click on find device through your Blackberry. Enter code 0000. It should work for you then.
