firstly check if the ink cartridges are genuine or not.........if they are then its a print head issue.........call kodak tech support.......or you can process the request for print head replacement from www.kodak.com/go/itg where you will have to follow troubleshooting steps and by the end it will ask for your printer details and will send it to kodak and you will receive email response on your email for the replacement print head being shipped to you.........this was just in case you dont want to call kodak tech support......
I have the same problem, but the error only occurs when I try to print a .pdf file (Adobe Reader) using the "Lexmark Optra SC 1275 PS" driver. For some reason the PS driver didn't like .pdf files! My solution was to always print .pdf files using the alternative " Lexmark Optra SC 1275 (MS)" driver, which Lexmark also offers on its website.
I have problem with my Phaser 6130 Laser Printer, I changed toners (black, cyan, magenta yellow). My printer printing only cyan and magenta, colors black and red is very, very light. I cleaned my printer exactly. Everything is ok, but he does not has a black & magenta toners. What's happen? I don't know.
I find the best way to clean the heads is buy some cleaning cartridges as they have cleaning fluid in them and use them to clean it will take about 10 or more times to clean the heads then put the color ones back in and try again.
Just keep putting it on clean the head don't do a print out till at lest you have cleaned 10 or more times.
