Question about Canon Speedlite 550EX TTL Flash
I dropped my 550EX and smashed the AF beam cover(red cover) I was on to Canon UK for a replacement part, but they don't supply spare parts but if I sent it back to them they would repair it at the standard cost of £72.00 anyone know where I could pick up this part ?. Yerman
Check out LEE Filter or Kodak IR Filter
Place that filter over AF Sensor.
Or try ti find remote(TV/VCR/DVD/radio) control unit with a large filter over led.
You can still glue those broken part and glued it back as close as possible.

I broke a lens once and just went and bought a New / Used Bounce Flash that had a uneversal flash-boot. most cameras have a flash plug in to acommidate Auto Flash Modes. If You Know how to test Cameras and Adjustable 'Bounce" flashes like yours PAWN SHOPS are a PARADISE.
