The driver you are installing needs more requirements. try to install driver from mother board CD. If not try to download realtek HD driver compatible to your processor.

I too have a new GeForce 7050M-M version 2 motherboard with AMD Athon processor installed rather than the original CPU. Operating system is Windows XP home edition (SP2) (which I upgraded to SP3.
As you are most likely aware, Realtek audio drivers (I have the ALC662 HD driver) are dependent on Microsofts' DirectX runtime,.specifically version 8.... With my version of XP that would be DirectX version 8.1. Although Microsoft literature states that DirectX version 8.1 is included with the XP installation disk I could only find DirectX version 9.0c on it, perhaps because I purchased the SP2 upgrade without having an XP operating system installed.
Motherboards with an AMD processor require a hotfix in order to work with Reatek drivers (or Audio Codec Chip) from Microsoft and that can be downloaded from their website.
DirectX 8.1 can be downloaded from the internet (use care that the XP version is downloaded). Then DirectX version 8.1 and 9.0c will be both present on the system (8.1 cannot be uninstalled.)
Downloading the hotfix for AMD processor and DirectX 8.1 from the Internet solved the problem for me instantly.
