Maytag Dishwasher
I need the reset sequence for my dishwasher.
The power comany had turned off the electric to the house to make chages elsewhere in my house.
When the electric was turned back on all appliance came back on except the dishwasher.
The dishwasher has a front panel touch pad and three of the panel lights are flashing.
I know there has to be a sequence to reset the machine.
I also need the peace and quiet in the house since I am the husband and am suppose to know it all.
The model number is MDB7160AWQ.

- I have a Maytag Model Number MDB9100AWB Jetclean dishwasher EQ plus and most of the lights are flashing...I've tried unplugging it.... didn't work... any idea of what the sequence is for resetting it? - erinmckJul 07, 2008
- Front panel dishwasher. The power went out for just a moment and came right back on the NORMAL light was flashing when I pushed the CANCEL button it also stayed flashing. I turned the breaker off over night and tried again the next day the NORMAL light is still flashing and when I press the CANCEL button it flashes also. I tried with the door open and closed? Resetting consists of unplugging unit for a minute. I think you may have lost a board when power came back on, such as by a surge.
