You can clear the code but your problem is the fixing film
its torn and has walked to the front of the device and the patch can no longer be sensed by the sensor

Please check the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact or open circuit.,the thermal switch is opened.In this case the fixing heater has opened and the SSR is faulty.

if there a error appear try to reset you may press * key,press 2&8 simultaneously, the select copier then select fuction then clear then error then ok then turn off& on
