Question about D-Link DPR1260 Rangebooster G Multifunction Print Server (790069283475) Print Server
I am using the HP 6110 all-in-one connected to the printer server. I scanned a document and generated a PDF file and successfully accessed it with Adobe Reader 8. However, when I attempted to read access this file with ReadIris 11 Pro I get the message "not a valid image file". No problem accessing other PDF files with ReadIris. The problem seems to be with the scanning function og the Printer/Server. Your help is greatly appreciated. George
This sounds like something on the Hardware, on the way its uploading onto the computer. Does it do this with every image you try to scan onto PDF?

It sounds like you are trying to run OCR Optical Character Recognition on the image. If the image does not contain text or the text quality is too difficult to read, perhaps cursive hand written, then you would likely get a message like this.
