Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

You can also clean up system files, which don't appear in the list here. Click the Clean up system files button if you also want to delete system files.

After you do, you can click the More Options button and use the Clean up button under System Restore and Shadow Copies to delete system restore data. This button deletes all but the most recent restore point, so ensure your computer is working properly before using it - you won't be able to use older system restore points.

The pc will not boot Just shows the window logo and an attempt to boot instead keep trying without actually booting

There should be missing OS file or corrupted files, Press F8 several times while you power on the PC and select safe mode, uninstall recently installed software, scan with updated antivirus and clean all the temporary files, cookies, etc. If this doesn't solve, you need to repair the windows/Operating System by using the OS Setup CD. Good luck..

Emachines m5309 won't boot

If you have a Install Cd for your version of windows, run it and select repair. If you are running vista, press F8 when the computer is booting and select System Restore (first one on list). If all else fails, re-install windows. You may or may not loose data based on the severity of the error.
good luck

Slow getting to printer

1. Clean hard drive...Deleting temporary files, temporary internet files, etc.
(a good program is www.ccleaner.com )
2. Try defragging your hard drive.

Sounds like you don't have enough room for the print spooler.

Emachine t3092, no video, can't find certain desktop files

If they're not on the drive, they're not on the drive. Your only other option is to search the free disk space for the remainder of those files. For that you can use the free trial of O&O Unerase Personal. I hope you get those files, never fun to lose memories over a peculiar computer issue.

No c drive left showing o% space left?

Don't do any mistakes just follow the instructions bellow
  • Delete Junk Files in Windows 10:
  • Search Disk Cleanup in the search box or you can find it under Start > All Apps > Windows Administrative Tools.
  • Click on Disk Cleanup to start the program. You will be asked which drive you want to clean up.
  • The default is C drive. Just make sure it is selected and click on OK.
The disk cleanup program will then start analyzing different folders and types of files that it thinks is safe to delete.

Hard drive thinks its full but its not

Does your computer have a backup and recovery program? We've found with some of our notebooks that if you allow the notebook to make a backup but don't specify where to do it, your hard drive makes a backup of the hard drive on the hard drive.
