Warming up my copier keeps giving me a "warming up" message and doesn't go beyond that point. I can't print from the computer either. I get the same message.

Re: warming up

Hi, The warming Up messge usually occures when the scanner bulb is not getting heat up for the correct temprature or the scanne bulb might be defective.. To resolve this issue follow the below instructions.. First connect the printr directly to a wall outlet as some times surge protectors will not provide the required power for the printer then this message can come up. Once the printer is directly connected to the wall outlet try to turn on the printer and check with the issue.. If the issue presists try the instructions in the below webpage.. This shoule resolve the issue .. Wish u success.. Regards. Barret.

Unable to finish initializing

I'd suggest you get it for a refurd, thats either a faulty wire or faulty motherboard, had such issue at the end it turned out the power was too low, so check your AC too or house/workplace power.

My printer won't print. my computer is hooked up to it, and it doesn't give any error messages. it just doesn't do anything.

Go to Control Panel/Printers. Right click on your printer's name, and hit Print Test Page. If printer prints a page out, then the problem is likely with the software you're using to print - make sure you have selected the right printer in the dropdown. If the printer's name doesn't show in the Printers folder of Control Panel, the driver for it has not been installed. Do so and try again.

Computer appears to communicating with the printer but will not print. Jobs are in que but will not print.

Thermal printers can have a warm up stage, though it rarely exceeds a minute or so,
Check all cables and connections, if the problem persists, try uninstalling and then re installing the printer driver,
Hope this helps.
