How do I finish or seal the butcherblock - Real Simple White Kitchen Island

I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.

Don't have this kind, but ours does take quite a while to finish vacuum packing. Make sure it's heated sufficiently first.

is it already full of water? or clear "finish liquid".

It sounds like you have a bad seal or O-ring. without takeing it apart and looking at it myself i cant tell you witch one is bad.if take it apart look the orings and seals over reall well and se if you can find any distorted places on them and then you can find a breakdown of the nailer and buy the seals or O-rings on this site.http://www.ereplacementparts.com/

Shaft seal. Call distributor for the brand of compressor. Usually takes special tool kit to change.

IF it is a front seal on an automatic --pull the box . If a rear seal on an auto then remove the drive shaft and lever the seal out and tap in a new seal finishing flush with the housing all the way round If a manual box and it is a front seal the box has to come out and the clutch shaft housing ( bit the throw out bearing slides on taken of and the seal fitted in side at the end . IF a rear seal do the same as for the auto box.

You have worn or broked o-rings/seals inside the gun. The Finish Pro 32 is one of Senco's older guns and they no longer offer a repair kit for this gun. You have to go to a site like www.senco.com or www.ereplacementparts.com, find a breakdown of your gun and order each part you need. If you are going to rebuild the gun order all the o-rings/seals (Senco parts that start with LB) and any other parts that may be damaged like the piston stop, springs, etc. Lubricate the o-rings with light grease as you put them in and make sure to oil the gun regularly when you are using it to make your work last.

be best to have repair man that done it it can be a long job and not finished 4 someone that never done it
