Not getting System Information Screen

Hi,
I have been usin BPG510 for close to a year..i changed my ISP yesterday and i was trying to set up the packet8 on my own...initially i was able to go to 192.168.88.1...but after some time i am not able to get the information scree when i type this default IP address for BGP510...i tried to reset the device too..but still the same thing...plz help..

MasterBGP510-->PC....make sure computer getting correct default gateway as u said. if so, go to command-prompt and do ping for default gateway & see whether it is pinging successfully.
if it is pinging, then go to browser settings and clear the cache, history, temp files, etc., and Try again.
- If it is not pinging successfully, then it might be DHCP issue on the device ( BGP510 ).
- you may also try to assign Static IP on the computer to access the web-interface.
