This info is in the pdf manual (pg 5) posted on the FixYa page for this problem (about middle of the page). I can't paste in the graphic but this is what the page says:

Setting time: (graphic is of the top of the radio with the buttons)
1. Press the SET button, the “ : ” will flash on the display .
2. Press REV (L arrow) or FWD (R arrow) to set the time.
3. AM or PM icon will show beside the time.

Tip: No icon will be flashing if all selectors are set. If you see any icon flashing on the display, press the SET button repeatedly to confirm everything is set correctly.

What does it mean if it starts beeping uncontrolably? Is this normal? If so, then why is it not affected by the volume control?

Also; I cannot figure out how to set it to AM or PM.

Who makes a clock/radio this hard? It didn't even come with a feasable user's manual.

Cannot set the analog time on the Casio 2747.

In timekeeping mode press bottom left button 6x to enter setting mode.
Then hold down top left button until digital time flashes, which indicates your in analog time setting mode. press bottom right button to set the time.
If you hold down bottom right, it will set time at a faster speed.
Hope this helps

I'm having trouble setting the timing belt back to its setting. Can you give me more less an idea of how it has to be done? Thanks,Maritza

Very sensitive set up.There are special tools needed that make things much easier on the 3.0 liter. If you miss time it you can bend valves & due major damage to valves & heads.Best advise I can give from afar is get yourself a good haynes manual. They are not bad if you have done a few of them & have the special tools.hope this helps

Hi melnavz,

Make sure that the battery hold firmly in the mother board and should no be drain out or busted to hold the time setting in the cmos. this is the only things that you need to observe. if the system keeps on asking the setting then battery is the main problems that cannot hold the time setting in the cmos.

tell me if problem still occur.
