Problem for Soltek SL-65KV2-T Motherboard

I have been facing problems when installing an Operating System for a Soltek Motherboard. The installation goes on well. The Blue screen appears and the first process of the installation goes on perfectly well. Computer reboots and then an Error Screen displays. I Have changed the installation disc and the CD-Rom but the same blue screen occurs.
I really need your help. What should i do to solve this problem?

It could be "bad" RAM. If you have more than one stick of RAM, remove the extra sticks.

What does the blue screen say? Possible not enough ram or harddrive space.
