I resetted my iphone and it still wont let me unlock it

I don't know how you reset your phone, but I would recommend that you start over. I know it stinks, but sometimes these things happen. I have included a link from apple that goes over the process called "DFU mode" reset. https://discussions.apple.com/message/18673300 Also, I put a link to a video, in case that makes things easier for you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15qaTA4lQPc When you get to the screen in iTunes where it asks you if you would like to set this phone up as a new phone, that way anything weird from your backup won't get back on the phone. You can easily add the things that personalize your phone like contacts, music, pictures, etc when you are ready. Breathe. Like I said, it stinks, but with a little patience you will have your digital life back. Good luck!
