Big or small loads, the machine vibrates and walks. All the springs are in tact.

I have tried everything to level my Maytag, but it rocks and rolls and

makes a racket on the spin cycle. Had the repairman out, he could

not find anything wrong, said it was due to the extra heavy spin cycle.

Yes check the springs at the bottom of the machine securing the outer drum to the bottom of the casing.
Also check for excessive dust (plastic usually white) around the bottom of the machine indicating a worn snubber, the whole assembly sits on a saucer shaped plastic bearing or snubber, if this is worn it may cause your problem.

You need to take the top off the washer and look at the surrounding springs that hold the basket in the center of the washer. Sounds like one of them is broken.

Vibrates then starts walking across floor

LG washing machines are very finicky with being leveled, they must be 100% level, and squared up on all sides. Be sure to lock the nuts in place, once you level it, to where it needs to be. They are also finicky with certain floor surfaces, more leveling may be required.

Washing machine walks

The problem MAY be fixed. I went to http://www.fixya.com/support/t14304-washing_machine_walks_across_floor , made sure shipping bolts were out, then discovered nuts that clamp the feet were loose. They are now tight with unit re-leveled. Testing is in progress.

On the spin cycle my miele walks acrossed the floor

make sure you loads are balanced, put heaviest clothes in first... if you can rock it by hand then the legs are not adjusted properly. If you stand 2 feet away from front of machine, jump up and down and see it move the floor is soft and you need 2 sheets of plywood to make 1 1/2 inches put under the machine

Washer shaking

first make sure the shipping bolts were removed from the machine, then make sure it is level, then if it still shakes, take your fist and hit it on your head... jk, if you have it on a wood floor, or your floor isnt 100% sturdy, you cant do anything about it besides using anti vibration pads. they wont do that much tho.
