Problem for iRiver Clix (2 GB) Digital Media Player (clixpop)

Iriver Clix 2 8GB connecting to PC problem

My player works fine, but when I try to connect it to my PC, the screen freezes and computer doesn't recognize my player. When I disconnect it it works fine. All in all, I can't put any music into my player. Reset button doesn't help. Please help.

Usually it have to, but if is not use iriver plus software !! or see if u have drivers properly installed.
