had a paper towel in the load of laundry. The towel has disintegrated and I believe plugged the line from the drum to the pump. Opened the pump basket and it is now clean. The line from the pump to the "outside" is clean. The flow of water from the drum to the pump basket is just a trickle when there is about a gallon of water in the drum. Have tried the bleach and hot cotton cycle.
There is a rubber boot from the wash tub to the pump. At the tub end of the rubber boot is a plastic ball slightly larger then a ping pong ball. The space around the ball was plugged with paper towel. The paper towel pieces were removed and the unit reassembled. Access to the rubber boot required removing both the front and back panels.

It rarely get's past 52 minute point (Regular/Cotton cycle), simply stops and even though the door locked indicator is still lit, the door can still be easily opened. It begins pumping water out in the first minute even after the repairman replaced the pressure switch. At first the repairman thought it was acting up because we were using too much detergent even though we were going by what the manual recommends. The repairman said Bosch is rewriting it's manuals recommending only a teaspon of detergent for this and other front load washing machines. We've tried the running cascade dish detergent through it trick to no avail, as well. Before all of this it was running fine with the exception that sometimes we'd have to run it on the handwash drain and spin cycles again because the clothes were still very wet at the end of the cycle. Again, repairman attributed this to too much soap. We also unscrewed the drain access cap that's 5 o'clock to the washer door and it seemed pretty clean. The repairman is quite confounded by it to the point where he said he'd be willing to find someone else to work on it. That's all I can think of. Any suggestions would be mighty appreciated.

It's fine if my Bosch washer and dryer beep once when they're finished, but it's annoying how it keeps beeping if I don't go to it immediately. Is there a way to turn off the beeping so that it isn't so annoying if I'm in the middle of something else when the washing finishes? Thanks!
