Hi, I have a Sony Camcorder - DVR-HC32. When I switch it on, I get the following error message: "use the InfoLithium Battery pack". I thought it was a battery issue and bought another one from the Sony store, but I get the same problem.
I think it's to do with the charger, since I get a blinking light when connected to the power source through the AC adapter. The light's supposed to be on continuously if the battery's charging properly.
I have the same issue with a Sony Handycam. Basically, when I charge the battery in question, the charging light indicator is blinking. Normally, the light should be steady.
When I plugged another battery, the battery charges fine, with the light indicator steady and not blinking. Because of this, I think the cause of this problem is the battery.
So how can I fix my battery that is not charging?
go the same problem... got two batteries, one charged with light on constantly, but the other one which is newer and stronger just shows light flashing and doesnt charge. The camera works well with the other battery or cable. Does this mean that my battery is bad, or a bad connection?
