Question about Labtec Verse 524 Consumer Microphone
I have a windows vista home premium edition, and the troubelshooting manual that came with the mic won't specify what I have to do. I tried going to the sound icon at the control panel, but it didn't help much. Any ideas on what to do?
Did you check the Device Manager to make sure the audio drivers are installed and the audio device is working fine?
Apart from that, the sound recording settings in Vista should be set correctly to select the mic as the audio input device (it might be set to "Line in" instead), and to set the recording levels high enough.
