I have a chop saw 15A 14-inch I need replace on/off trigger switch but I can't find it online to buy a new one somebody know where I can get a new part replacement for it or a spare one I can buy to fix it ?

Your best bet in this situation is to find a tool repair center that has a large supply of brushes on hand and is willing to look for a set that will work in your saw. At my repair center I do get tools like yours that don't have repair parts available. Most brushes come in standard sizes but the caps on the spring have to be compatable with the brush holder to work properly. If you don't know where a repair center is, go online and look for Authorized Service Centers in your area. You can get more specific and look for Dewalt, Ridgid, Makita, Milwaukee, etc., service centers.

Hello. Mastercraft carries a variety of 8 1/4 replacement blades that are "normally" an in-stock item. The blade is labeled as a circular saw blade, not a chop saw blade.

• standard 40 tooth Product# 55-6953-6 aprox $25
• general purpose 24 tooth Product #55-6976-2 aprox $30

There are others that the store can order in, or to pick up on line as well. You may also notice, that the general purpose blade is rated for 8-8 1/4 inch, most of these two sizes have the same size arbour and will both fit on your saw - this gives you a varied selection. Hope this helps.

go 2 home depot and buy Norton brand blades a lot of blade suppliers are putting a pic of cutoff saw on the blade itself 2 tell u its 5400 rated home depot and Norton r the cheapest and lasting

Is there anything else running while you are cutting? If not is the breaker 15 amp or 20 amp. If its 15 amp, I would change it to a 20 amp breaker. Make sure the wires are thick enough to handle the extra load. If this isn't the problem check the cord from the saw to the outlet.

The fuse is more than likely, fine.
Instead, check the carbon brushes.
Once you have dis-assembled the unit, you will see the way the springs hold them in.
If you can't find the brushes, chances are, they've desintagrated into micron thick diamonds.
(Unfortunately, they're worthless diamonds lol)
