Wont start I chaneged the turbo on my 1.5 dci and now it won't start , nothing works eccept doors and hazards and the boot will not open.???????

check your fuses

emission control tank full, will make it act like that. have it checked out. good luck

Start with this:

anti theft device

this can be a big problem so will start on easiest first. and try to repair as going, the passenger door the problem with this could be the solenoid for the door lock. and or the switches in the lock. driver door has the same but is the master door. ie if you open door from unlocking at pass door it will only open this door, drivers side will open all doors. flashing hazards this could be because the alarm is not completely turned off this could be because of the doors, mainly the drivers side. try to find the fault with the door lock and get back to me when you have found the fault. you will need a meter to check for volts and the switches, check them as lock unlock from the inside and the key to make sure they working. dpd spray should be able to clean them if you can spray into the lock and housing that is plastic. give a good flush out after its working wipe up the mess from the spray and mear grease on the lock moving parts.

obvious and thats because someone has damaged the lock ,go to dealer and order a new lock for that door with the chassis number and change the lock ,unless the back of the lock mechanism is damaged do the keys turn in the lock and nothing happens or wont they do into teh lock??

When you get the door open leave it open and open and shut the locks see if its catching the sides any where i think theses are all individual electric motors that open each door the motor that runs this lock may have had it or possibly rusted you could xdisconect it and try cleaning it wd40 ect i think you access it in the boot by removing boot lining probably 1 nut and a wire harness or take the lock off all together the rest of the doors shoukd still work even with this motor off hopevthis helps cheers ivan

reprogram fob

type in the computer AMETECH they have restore oil and various other products you can buy for just this kind of thing. about £7 oil adertives to clean the engine or ADDERTIVES TO CLEAN THE FULE LINE. WORTH A TRY. WORKED FOR ME.

Try the relays under the bonnet fuse box 4 small black ones in a line, the first 2 from top cut of the fuel pump, and are a renowned cause of 85% of cranking without starting faults on the dci engine swap them over for the bottom 2 .
If it starts, buy 2 from Renault and fit
if the engine still fails to start the egr valve may be stuck closed starving the engine of air, its on the top of the engine at the air intake and has 3 bolts, remove it and clean it with carb cleaner then check its condition, if it appears ok, replace the cleaned one, if not you need a new one or the turbo will blow its seals and the engine will rev and burn on the engines own oil.
beyond this and your diy fixes are at an end without a obd2 code reader.
