Question about Panasonic CT-36HL43 36" TV
I have no power, no front power light, nothing. The set worked fine on Friday afternoon and when returning home Sunday...zip. Nothing I can do resolves the issue. I tested the power supply and all is go. Any ideas?
It could be the ac fuse gma 6.3 amp my ct-36hl43 did the same thing cost a dollar for the part 99 dollars laborer firstname.lastname@example.org

I bought the fuse at Radio Shack for 5 dollars and replaced the fuse myself. The set now works fine. It cost me more in the gas to go and get the fuse than the entire repair cost. There are screws on the back of the tv that you will need to remove. Once you remove the screws you will need to PARTIALLY remove the back cover. It was not necessary to remove the entire back cover. If you look into the back where the power enters the television you will see the fuse. It is small, so look carefully. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TELEVISION IS UNPLUGGED! I repeat. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TELEVISION IS UNPLUGGED! Pull the old fuse and replace it with the new. Cost me about $10 total.

Same problem. I have the CT-32HXC14. I agree, you need a crane to move this thing!

What are the symptoms? Is the set dead? Please clarify
model number from back of set...The red power light coming on means the AC fuse is OK, but the B+ fuse may be bad. If that
is true, check the horiz o/p xistor and get back to me....T.
