I cant switch on my laptop

Sounds like the charger is faulty.

Hi there. Try a volt meter to check for power/plugin. if there is power then try to clean battery
connections with small tooth brush.
Then try to start laptop again.
Also if screen does not come on try this. Disconnect all power and battery too.
Hold down start button for 5sec. and then reconnect power. (This will drain any power
in laptop except for clock)

i cant turn on my new gateway laptop(product model:M3684) the screen just all blanc,no lights,no picture just black! when i plug it to charge,again no change! what should i do? pls i need help...............
