I Just bought a Saeco Intelia Focus espresso machine. I made coffe with 3 different coffe brands. Very good ones. And I became very disapointed when I try the results. There seems to be more than one model of Saeco (manufactured by Philips) Intelia espresso machine.

Without knowing the model number of your Saeco Intelia espresso machine, I can only give you general advice.

If your machine has both a power switch and an On/Off button, first make sure the power switch is flipped on. Then, quickly press the On/Off button. Press it no longer than 8 seconds. If the On/Off button is pressed longer than 8 seconds, the machine will default to the Demo mode.

If you do not have the user manual for your machine, you SHOULD have it, because it is a rather complex machine to operate, requiring many procedures to operate properly.

try to large the granulates the cofee ground. inside the coffe tank is the numbering disc. try to put him exemple: is at 5 put it to 7 and make 3 coffe then the flow of coffe will go faster

Try checking water pick up tube to make sure it is not clogged.

Saeco Philips coffee machine display screen doesn't light up?

I can still use it and I can barely see the options but display screen doesn't light up

I'm having it sent back for repairs, is there a quick fix for this issue so I do not have to send it back
