i have a sony usb walkman mp3 and i put music on it and when i turn it on it dose'nt play iit just says no data base wat does this mean nd how can i fix it? please help

when i plug my Sony NW-E005 into the computer it shows there is music on it but when i switched it on to use it says "no database", can anyone help?

i download music onto the mp3 player and it does not show up on the player and i got help from a guy half way across the country who works on computers for the army and i cant figure this out i would like to know about this today
