Go back to your settings, apparently something you have changed made it appear in negative. You can call your carrier & they should be able to walk you through it. Hope this helps.

Your phone is clearly having an LCD problem.
The best thing that you can do is to full charge the battery and see if anything changes with the battery fully charged.
If it is still in negative colour even if the battery is fully charged, then you need to tighten the LCD screw and see if anything changes. If not, then the LCD needs to be replaced. You need to service your phone to a repair shop because it needs a special star screw driver to tighten or replace the LCD.

Do not try to change the scan size, change the resolution. The window that appears when you want to scan should have a resolution (DPI) area that can be changed. IE: 300 DPI to 800 DPI. This changes the picture size.
