Purple/Green Outline surrounding picture

I suddenly had a green and purple border outline the picture on the tv. I tried the Auto Focus and it says "auto focus error' The bottom left hand corner of the picture is slightly warbeled.

I have seen two different things cause this. The first and most common is the electrical failure of one or both convergence IC's. A handful of times, the data in the DCU became corrupted and I was able to enter the service mode, go to manual convergence and correct the one location that was off.
