Question about Dryers
Hello, About a week ago my wonderful Asko 7705 condenser dryer quit spinning. It powers up and sounds like it's working as usual, but the drum doesn't spin. When I open the door, all the wet laundry is sitting on the bottom of the drum right where I left it. I've tried the reset button in the back (I'm VERY familiar with that button) but it won't depress, so I guess it's not a reset issue. Any thoughts???
Remove the lid and check for the belt being in place, if not then you need another, if its in place then the problem is electrical regarding the motor, possibly a capacitor, maybe the motor itself hope i have helped a little

I had the same problem......and found a bird stuck in the fan near the motor....Got it out my self by taking off the top hood and unscrewing a few screws at the bottom to loosen the duct from the metal. Now it works fine.
