Question about Creative Labs SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS (054651073364) Video Capture
Suddenly my PC can't display sound . When I use "DirectX Diagnotic Tool" to test, It displays "DirectSound test results: Failure at step 19 (User verification of software): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)". Please help me!
I have no sound from my speakers, ran dx daig and got the following:

This problem occured after replacing the internal battery it's a cr2032
PC is a Dell with windows XP, sound card is a soundblaster please can anyone help?
Run the dell diagnostics on the sound card .
1. Restart your computer
2. tap on the f12 key slowly five times
3. select the option Boot to utility partision or diagnostics
4.select dell 32 bit diagnostics
5. Select customer test and test sound
If the test pass, try system restore , probably the problem is with the sound card drivers
if the sound test fails , shutdown the system again and remove the cmos battery and start the system without it once.Check sound again .
