Question about Atari 7800 Console
I just bought a atari 5200 but i cant get it hooked up to my tv...plaz plaz plaz help me thinj you.
THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF 5200 SYSTEMS, THE FIRST HAS A COMBINATION A/C R/F BOX. OTHERWISE YOU MAY JUST NEED AN ADAPTER TO CONVERT THE RCA END TO CABLE TYPE SCREW ON TO YOUR TV CABLE IN. SEE MY STORE ON EBAY dixneatoldthings for that piece

You should be able to plug the Atari directly into the TV (If you have proper inputs available on your TV (you have not told us what make & model your TV is). BUT you can hook it up through your DVD/VCR if you want to. If you hook your Atari to your DVD/VCR you will have to power up the DVD/VCR whenever you want to play your games. The cool thing about running it through your DVD/VCR is that you can record toy game to prove to your friends what you have achieved.
