Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I have the same problem and read that it could be the GPU coming off the board and that Xbox do an X Clamp. Apparently you can open up the box and press the gpu back in place and see how that goes.

If you have a friend that has a 360, borrow his video cable and try that. It may just be a dead cable. Also, do you hear any sound?
