Question about Toshiba Satellite A60 Notebook
New set up ...just out of box...plugged everything in and turned it on....no mouse or keyboard to finish setup..please help
Hi, It is highly unusual for a unit "just out of box" to have problems like these. Perhaps your best bet is to return it and demand a replacement unit. Alternately if you would want a temporary work around, try using external keyboard or mouse just to complete the setup (but as said highly unusual. Normally the kb & mouse should have been pre-installed with the initial part of the setup). In some instances, it takes a bit of a time for the necessary drivers to be loaded up for USB kb & mouse. Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turn up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards.
