Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I had the problem of the refresh database file i fixed it with a solution on this site. But if i plug it in to my computer then i hear the sound that a usb device is conected but i cant find it no where. not in my computer not in any sync programs does anyone know how to solve it??
Check in the Device Manager on the computer. With the device connected Right Click on My Computer and select Properties>Hardware Tab>Device Manager. If there are any errors (red or yellow) by the Sansa, right click on it and select un-install. Disconnect the device and after it restarts, re-connect. The drivers will re-install. If that is not the issue, try using a different USB port, preferably in the back. Or, change the device mode Settings>Mode or USB Mode and try connecting to PC.
