SOURCE: LOC code flashing on washing machine
Pressing the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds worked. For me it happened this way: on the first attempt, with the indicator lights already "timed-out" and off, pressing and holding the options and select buttons simultaneously for 5-10 seconds caused the lights to come back on and flash the "LOC" code again. But holding the options and select buttons together for 5-10 seconds a second time caused the indicator lights to stop flashing, and allowed me to start the cycle.

If you have had a lightning storm or power surge it may have fried the electronics panel. That is what happened to mine. Once it is fixed you should put a surge suppressor on it that is rated for major appliances.

All the lights are on, but the door lock. We have unplugged it, doesn't help. Our washer is the front load, model LTF 2140ES0.

There are a few issues that could cause the overfilling...failed water inlet valve, failed water level pressure switch, hole in pressure system air hose or air hose disconnection to name a few. Need to have professional evaluate, or it could happen again. Call home insurance if there are water damages to file a claim, and they can handle it from there usually.
Hello Philip, I appreciate your inquiry!
Based off the information you have provided you need help with replacing the belt on your Frigidaire laundry center. In order to access the pulley you would need to disassemble the laundry center. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional technician for proper disassembly of your laundry center. Incorrect disassembly could cause personal harm or future issues within the laundry center. Best of luck! -Matt
Thank you for your inquiry, Criss Ard!
From my understanding you are having issues with your Frigidaire laundry center not starting a cycle. You stated that the washer fills with water then locks. It sounds like your timer is not advancing and that could be due to a faulty timer or wiring harness. You may want to perform a reset on your laundry center and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for roughly ten minutes. If this troubleshooting step does not help resolve your issue you may want to consult with a professional technician for proper repairs. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
