Software--Innovage Digital Photo Keychain

I'm having the same issue ... disk doesn't work. So I downloaded from the site recommended ... The picture viewer opens, but then says "can not connect to the device." When I click "ok" it shuts the whole thing down. I uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure the keychain was on Update, not charge, but it did the same thing. Any other suggestions?

I had the same problem - so sent back the keychain and disc. They sent me another disc - exactly the same. Hopeless.

Hi I aquired the kex chain too and have the same error message. Does anybody know what to do. I not a computer freak - just a plain user :-)

i give up tried to download kept saying error I have a mac ...i wasted money on 2 of these so ******.

I have two of them and neither one will load to pc's
one running Vista and the other windows XP
used disk that came with the cameras. Drivers are loaded.

Program does not have a post botton or Synchronize botton. Can not place choosen pictures to collection panel, thus can not load a picture to keychain viewer.

I downloaded (?) software--charged item, etc. still get message of "no photo viewer found--program terminated"

Bought digital keychain (Coby) for family for Christmas..software installed, but will not connect to keychain. I have acknowledge the device w/USB. I have installed and uninstalled software so many times, I'm dizzy. I have shut down and started up and I have installed with out USB in. WHAT THEY HEY. THis is just a storage device like all those digital photo album. Anyone with suggestions. Glad to know there are others who are disgusted.

The first unit I purchased came with a CD & cable. The CD was blank & the cable was bad. The store replaced the unit. That one had a good cable & the software loaded Ok. When I clicked on the program it said to put the unit in the update mode. I did & clicked Ok. The program ended with no other action...

I followed the instructions from the enclosed flyer under the heading "DOWNLOADING PHOTOS USING THE PHOTOVIEWER SOFTWARE' still can't get photos from my computer. The device says 'no photos'

Same problem. Downloaded from suggested site--still no dice. I did not hook up the USB before installing so that is not the problem.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. I'm getting pissed and basically think this is a piece of shit!!!

Received photo keychain as a gift. Click on photo viewer but does not bring up any of my pictures. Uninstalled and reinstalled software. Any ideas?

This company is very negligent to sell this product when obviously the P.O.S. doesn't work. Tried 15 times to get the software to install. Never had to do that with any install before. I will NEVER buy an innovage product again.

Anyone use this who has a mac? It says it's mac compatible but the disc is too small, I can't put it into the computer... I can't find the right download of the photo viewer for a mac either...

The software cd is broken

I received this product as a Christmas gift from my 9 year old grandson. The software was difficult, but did finally install. I plugged the device into my computer with the usb cable and allowed it to charge for 24 hours. The device light shows charged, but it won't turn on. Nor does my computer recognize the device.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. I have tried shutting down my v-scan and firewall. I tried downloading the software from the website. The download was for Mac users. I am using "windows me". Was this product not developed for windows users? Also, I noticed a "reset" on the back. How do I use that feature?

It will break my grandson's heart to know his gift doesn't work. Please help!!

My wife got this as a Christmas gift. Software does not work. Tried everything, and everyone's suggestions. It's junk. Maybe one day I'll figure it out, but I doubt it.

I have the problem of when i unplug it from USB it wont turn on!!!! I have been charging it for 2 days! Its frustrating cause i got this from my sister as a gift for christmas!!!!

And now i cant find the dumb package that it came in!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot load software from disk or from website

I bought two. The first one said photoviewer not found program terminated. The screen wouldn't even show the functions. I had to drive around for 2 hours finding a place that wasn't sold out! I returned it and the second one opened the program it put pics on but once its disconnected from the computer it wont turn on! I tried everything. Whats sucks is its christmas tommorow and I bopught it for my mom and wanted to put pics on of my kids for her.
I buy 2 and they bothe don't work! How many others wasted their money?

i have tried all of the above and the software wont load, key chain just says uploading.... and never does anything else. It's not a photo viewer - it's just junk.

Can't download software

I cannot download a single photo. I have installed the photo viewer about
three times. I have not been successful at all. I have a digital photo album and installed it the first try and downloaded several photos. I am not pleased with the keychain.

i am able to load pictures, change pictures, view pictures while attached to the usb cord. once i disconnect from the usb, i get a black screen and it won't turn on by pressing the menu key. help?

my problem is everything is ready to go,but my pictures in my documents file,and the photoviewer cant find them .how do i send my documents into my program,so the photoviewer will see them? MARK

tried all to upload photos still get photo viewer not available. I have it plugged in and it is reading "updating" but when I click on the .exe file i till get an error message

have not been able to get past the error message. "photo viewer not found" in spite of the fact that it is in th eprogram files directory photoviewer.exe

I Was Able To Update And Add Photos, Now My Problem Is That The Screen Stays Black And Does Not Let Me See The Charge Update Menu, Or Review My Photos. Can Someone Tell Me What I Can Do. Do Not Want To Lose These Pictures.

I have installed the software once...it worked...got pics dwonloaded....the next time I tried to open it and add more pics it will not open....I have removed and reinstalled several times to no avail. Is there a place to install from online?

I had the same problem. Make sure you have picked USB update and not USB charge when opening photo viewer.That worked for me after a lot
of frustration.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. Glad I only wasted $20.

I have the same problem for this digital key chain. very disappointed...such a great item and can't download anything because it can't find photo viewer and terminates program. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with out any solution. Hopefully some one can help with this problem
