Trouble faxing-dials-result "No ans...

In our experience, these issues can sometimes be related to the phone line. Is this machine installed in a residence or an office? Some office phone systems are "digital" and many modems/faxes can not work with these systems. Some locations have two phone lines over one CAT3 cable, this can "over power" the fax logic.

won't go into the "well, duh!" questions with you, but we recommend that you check the line and the connection and be sure that the settings on the PSC950 are set correctly.
