96 neon overheating

Do some simple checks. First check the coolant level while the car is cool and off. With the car still off remove the radiator cap. Then start the car up. The antifreeze should not bubble or over flow with in 3 minutes of idling. If that's ok put the cap back on securely, Then see if the electrical fans turn on when it gets just above operating temp. Usually if you turn on the ac that will let you know if they are working. If all of these check are good. Then replace the thermostat. If the fluid bubbles out with the cap removed when it's cold and running. It's usually a bad cylinder head gasket or a cracked cylinder head. If the fans do not ingage check the fan relay and electrical wiring.

The belly is full of bubbles and the batteries are in. i can feel it blowing air, but no bubbles come out

Check to make sure the path the bubbles take out is clear of anything in its way. There are also many reviews on this item that say this item does not work the way its suppose to. If you can not get this item working i would suggest taking it back to get a different bubble machine.

Camry 3 litre v6 engine: Coolant in radiator bubbling profusely.

If there is no white smoke billowing out of the tailpipe, I would not remove the heads. If you had bad heads or head gaskets, there would be a whole lot of white smoke pouring out of the tailpipe. Coolant bubbling into the overflow indicates poor coolant circulation...You may just have a seized thermostat, partially clogged radiator or malfunction cooling fans. Try removing the thermostat and running it. If the bubbling stops, you do not have a cylinder head issue.
