Please post the model number and brand of your router. You can see the model number on the bottom of the unit. Every manufacturer has their own username and password to login to the router's admin page
Please provide the model, if you are unable to access router there is a reset button on the back that you hold down (use end of pen or paperclip) for 10-15 sec when powering on and it will reset to factory defaults. You will have to install all settings again if reset.
There are many different login/pass combinations depending on the model. If you need any more assistance just comment back
If you reset the router to factory default and use admin and no password you should get it or sometimes admin and admin for password as well or check the manufacture website to find out what is the default user name and password for that model

My 432BRP holds my laptop on the internet for about two minutes and then dumps it off losing the signal. Or a message comes up and says this website has timed out when it shouldn't because its a normal www and a secure site. What should I do to remedy this? I first thought this was a basement problem so I moved the router to the first floor. I can be 10' away and it still knocks me off.
