Your not telling us enough! How and what are you trying to access the internet with? Are you still using Dialup? DSL? Cable? A wireless router connected to a DSL modem? What type of Driver is this dealer talking about. I had a problem recently that stomped me and it had to do with trying to wirelessly connect through a router connected to a DSL modem. The router was not set up with a security lock and no matter what I just could not get access...all the mac's had no problem and my desktop was directly connected. Guess What? I didn't know that the wireless modem had a MAC address on it so when I was setting up the router there was a page for MAC addresses that I setup to allow only the MAC's on with it. Well I entered the MAC address from the wireless modem and it connected right away....no other type of driver needed! So this is what I mean by needing more information...can't really help without it!
