this error comes up when there is no oil on the silver bar that the carriage slides left to right on.put some sewing machine oil on the tip of your finger and then apply it to the bar, be sure you dont put oil on any other parts
Remove both the ink cartridges from the All-In-One. Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet. Now move the carriage (carriage is the one which holds the cartridge) Too and Fro till you feel the carriage is moving smoothly. Then insert the cartridges close the access door. Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector.
