The problem with the advice to visit the Accurist website is that the pdf manual they publish contains the instructions for digital settings, but NOT instructions for incrementing the analogue hands. I have emailed them about this, but meanwhile, there's no information readily available on the web for changing the analogue time on this model.

In your case, any of the downloads with calibre CP00 are applicable including the excellent 'interactive instructions'.
