Hi, One thing you can do is login with a new account. When you do change you password and don't let any one see it, Not even your Boy/Girl friend. Good luck.

In the upper right hand part of the screen there is an icon with either a picture your daughter has uploaded or it is a generic icon of a person. Click on the icon and a signout option comes up. Sign out and re-sign in with your account info.
even if you enter all you information correctly it may not accept you user name because it my already used by some one try to give your user name along with your date of birth or birth day date..... so that it may works....
