R4 doesnt work in dsi

Can i get a new r4 card to work with dsi and is it easy to download games on it

Nintendo doesnt let you use any r4 not even r4i the dsi fights independence not even action replay works use acecard 2i

There are now a wide variety of cards that are compatible with the DSi after the new `1.4 update.If you need to upgrade to a DSi compatible card you can get a genuine cards here http://www.dscardworld.com. I managed to find this site after I got burned at a few others. Loved having my emails responded to because I had loads of questions, and they were quick to ship it.

No R4 wont work on DSi. you need the acekard 2i. it works. nintendo blocked R4.

The DSi has several system updates specifically designed to block flashcarts such as the R4. Check the R4 website to see if they have information on what to do if your DSi has blocked the cart. You might be able to do an update to the R4 to fix it. Another option is to get a different cart that has a work-around built in, such as the "SuperCard DSTwo" which has a small chip inside it that other carts don't have and has a file you can download directly onto the memory card that goes into the cart to update it whenever that happens.

May i know which r4 card you are using, there are many differents r4 card in the market, and differenct r4 card has different compatible version. The problem may be you download the wrong kernel or the card doesn't compatible with the r4 card.

The R4 was Made in 2004 and the production stopped in 2008. And DSi has Firmware that the R4 Will NOT Work with the R4. I advise you to use an R4i or something else.

R4i working SLOW on DSi. Loads slow and make save files slow.???
cause DSI is the nintendos attempt to stop R4 card users! see the r4 and GnM cards made nintendo invest in a microsd slot! so try using that card with the dsi instead of the R4 as people now are hacking the micro sd slot to allow any ds rom to be played! faster then th R4 due to the fact that the micro sd is connected right to the motherboard of a ds game slot devices such as R4

Dsi loading, was working for 3 weeks , now nothing
Download the R4 Kernel at new from the R4 site, use first Windows chckdsk on the memory card to repair the broken file system and put the new kernel files after this to the memory card.

no you can't use a r4 card for a dsi because a r4 card is made for a ds. But a r4i card is for a dsi.
