When my phone decides to come on rite i cant open the phone to the text pad because when i do the phone starts to get all glichy... and the screen gets out of order. and when i close the screen the main screen gose a black/dark blue color. and i have tried to shut if off and turn it back on but the main screen wont come back up... it will just show the dlack screen.. but every once in a while it will come on normaly. but if i try to open it it starts over
Open your phone to the qwerty keypad. In the righthand corner above and between the speaker and power/clear buttons, there should be a whiteish little button. Is anything obstructing it? Try pressing it gently a few times with a small phillips screwdriver or a ball-point pen top. GENTLY being the keyword! When you push that down, your outer screen should be lit up, and when you release it, it should light up the inside screen. Note that when your inside screen is lit, that your outer screen should light up blue-black-purple, and vice-versa.
If there is no obstruction that can be easily removed or fixed, I reccomend returning it to the retailer/company for a refund or new phone.
As a strobe owner, I understand your frustration. Worst phone I've had so far.
