Question about Samsung SGH-D900 Cellular Phone
I hav had the phone for about 6 months with my only complaint being the very short battery life. But now if I get any kind of messafe i.e. missed call, it freezes and the only way to get it to work is to turn it completely off and restart it. Also there are a lot of times when I get a missed call while I was in a known good reception area with all the bars showing.
That's typically caused by a software(firmware) problem, the only way to fix it is to have it reflashed by a tech. You could also try to debug it, but if you don't know what your doing you can make it worse. I would suggest contacting your service provider, or going to a local store if they have one, as your phone has a 1 yr manufactures warranty and that is covered!! Just tell them that it needs a reflash, the firmware is buggy. Good Luck
