Re: It is plugged but how Do i un plug it
I assume the machine is not draining. Most of the time the obstruction is in the pump itself. UNPLUG POWER CORD. THIS IS A MESSY REPAIR unless you can get the machine outside and drain the water. There are two different pump configurations on these machines. You will need to lean the machine back against the wall so you can remove the bottom panel to get to the pump. There are 3 screws holding it at front of machine. If your machine has the pump that is held on to the motor with 2 metal clips, you can remove the clips and hoses and remove pump. Look in pump inlet and outlet and see if you can see the restriction and remove it with needle nose pliers. Most of the time this type of pump is beyond help and must be replaced with the newer style. About $300 to have this done by professional. If you have the newer pump, it will be part of the motor. You can remove the hoses and three screws that hold housing to motor. Be sure you don't lose or damage rubber seal on housing. After you clean pump, clean and dry seal area and reinstall housing and hoses. It will usually seal back with no problem. You may have a restriction in sump of tub going to pump. Sometimes it can be cleaned from rear of machine, if not, the basket will have to be removed. Depending on age and condition of machine this can be simple or very expensive. If basket is frozen to basket drive, you can replace machine cheaper than replacing basket and drive.

Hello there and welcome to fixya
On these machines you will need to unplug it and leave it sit for at least 1 hour
these machines have a internal computer that will store information for at least 45 min to 1 hour so unplug it and leave it sit for at least 1 hr then plug it back in and press cancel if that applies ok let me know what happnes there is a few other things we can do ok but this is step one
As many suggest, the tE error means there is a thermistor error. On my machine, simply unplugging the machine, tipping the machine backwards (careful! ... I put a few blocks under the front legs so I could work under the machine)...and the thermistor was under the drum, with a 2-wire lead going to it. It was easy to unplug, tighten the plug (squeezing the connector), plugging it back in. The machine has now worked fine ever since this simple procedure with no failures.
There is a little pump motor right on washer fluid tank itself. The motors regularly go bad. Simply replace the motor and that should fix your problem. I hope this helps you out. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
Power at the outlet? ok? Plugged in the outlet? ok? Power cord plugged in to the REAR of the tv very snug? ok? Using the remote? Batteries ok? ok? Red light on? ok---- Unplug the tv for a few seconds and retry. ok? Still no-go? Unplug the tv and remove the rear cover, remove the stand screws to do this. ok? The small circuit board ( you will be certain you have the correct board simply because it is the smaller of the two boards. The Mother board is much larger. Another way to be sure you have the correct board is to folow where the power cord connects to the tv----that board!!! )ok? Now, very important! There are small components called CAPACITORS. They are approx. 1/2 inch high and about the size of your pinky finger around. They all look about the same, but vary in size. They will have an "X" marked on the top usually. Now, this is what to look for! They must be FLAT on top. If they are round, buldging, or burnt then they are BAD!!! Take care and you can easily remove the board by simply removing the wires and screws from the board. (be sure to draw on paper where things go or otherwise mark where they go so reinstalling the board will be rather easy) Remove any glue from them carefully and then using a soldering iron or gun just simply melt the solder on the rear of the board and pull them out. Take them with you to your local electric supply store and solder in the new ones. Look for any bad ones on the MOTHER board also and replace if needed. Rarely are they bad. The problem is nearly always with the POWER board. With everything hooked back up and put back together, plug the tv in to the outlet and turn on the tv. Voila, enjoy! NOT willing to do this. Well, simply get the model number, etc., and google the power supply for it and order it. Install it, trust me you CAN do this, and There you go. Enjoy!!!
this is usually a main control circuit board problem...you can try and clear the board by unplugging washer and get access to board area.. unplug the touch pad and wait two minutes..now leaving touchpad off..plug washer in for tw minutes...now unplug the washer and install the touchpad and put together and plug washer back in...this should clear codes..if it works ok Great..if not, order main ccu board
Hello there: This code is a indication that your water inlet valve has failed and needs to be replaced when these valves fail they will continue to drain water into the machine even if the unit is unplugged What you can do is to first unplug the machine and turn off the water to the unit then remove the hoses to the machine then youwill need to remove the back panel of the machine so you can get to the water inlet valve once you get to t the valve remove all of the hoses to it and the wiring and remove the valve then you can open up the valve and inspect it and replace any parts that are worn or rusted like seals or seats or simply replacve the entire valve itself this will cost you about 40 to 60 dollars ok once the valve has been repaired or replaced reinstall the water hoses and turn on then plug in the machine and if you have a cancel feature on it press that than you should be good to go from here run a couple of cycles thru it to ensure it is working properly ok Hope this is very helpful for you Best regards Michael
