Samsung rs2578sh refrigerator side not cooling, coils keep icing up

SOURCE: My amana side-by-side SQD26V is

first off make sure that the drain on under the coil is cleared, then when the ice is gone and you turn the unit back on the coil should first get good and cold before the fan tries to come on . you will have to temporarly put the cover over the coil to do this. let it run until there's good frost on the coil and then the fan should come back on. that would rule out the motor,and the thermostat. thanks for unsing FIxYa
