Hi Don! Installing a new bladder can be a little tricky. You'll need to pinch the opening on the bottom while pulling it through the hole on the bottom of the water tank.

How do i fill the water

There is a tank within a tank design on these deep cleaners. Use warm tap water and fill the inner bladder.

The Tank-in-Tank system is designed with a bladder inside for

clean water. As you clean, the bladder will empty. Dirty water

collects in the tank outside the bladder.

There is a clog somewhere in your tank. Either in the bladder or somewhere in your tank. You can find replacement tanks here:

How do i replace the cap and water tank insert

The water bladder is hard to replace. The part that extends through the bottom has a "lip" on it that has to be outside of the plastic tank. I had a hard time getting it through. I rolled/folded the rest of bladder into a tube behind the hard plastic exit tube and forced it through.

It is called the (#69)auto load asm, part # 2107041. It would be wise to replace it, It will come as one piece. Is the bladder ok? You can call Bissell and maybe buy the part thru them or they can tell you where to go to get it(800) 237-7691 ) .

Trobble

The tank has a bladder in it, the clean water goes into the bladder, the dirty water will go on the outside of the bladder.
