Question about Philips Magnavox TP3285C 32" TV
I have a philips tv and it turns on but no picture i think it burn out
It might be due to high voltage in tv. you must have smell like burning. do not worry it happens so many times due to failure of transistor or fly back transformer.or some capacitor gets shorted. call skilled tech to fix it it is not a major problem. you may see fuse blown or has become black but do not try to replace it as it has blown due to something is short.unless you are a tech person as tv is chrged thiogh it is off. hope this will help. good luck.
