I forgot my Netflix password then gave Netflix the wrong email address so I didn't get an email from them to change my password. What should I do?

Update the email address or password Sign in to the Netflix website to update your email or change your password from the Your Account page. If you can't sign in with your current password, send yourself a password reset email first. If you've forgotten the email address associated with your account, go to our Sign In Help page and follow the steps. From Desktop Browser

1. Login to Netflix. If you have forgotten your password, go to the Password Reset page and enter the email address for your account, then follow the directions in your email.
2. Select your name in the upper-right corner, then choose "Your Account".
3. Select the "Update email and password" link.
4. Type your "Current Password", "New Password", then "Confirm New Password".
5. Select "Save".

From iOS & Android App

At the time of this writing, there is no way to change your password from within the iOS or Android Netflix App. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the sign-in screen. Otherwise, you can open Netflix in your web browser like Safari or Chrome and follow the steps above.

This will allow you to enter the credit card on file and that will verify who you are to reset your password.

try to reinstall your browser, or the email app. If that does not help, perhaps you are not using the correct password?
Perhaps someone hacked you address?
Perhaps something went wrong while setting up the address?
On the login screen press forgot password, and look if you get a mail in the mailbox you gave the provider as backup address in case you forgot the password. If nothing happens, the address is (no longer) yours.

On the Netflix sign-in page, click the "Click here" following "Need help signing in?"

FixYa cannot email you your Netflix password since you never gave it to us. In addition, we can't email you anything since you didn't publish an email address. The email address you used to sign up is private and we don't have access to it.
